Natalia has over 25 years of legal practice, including 12 years at the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) where she occupied a number of legal positions, including Head of the Enforcement Department. During her career at the FSC Natalia was involved in various areas of capital markets and insurance supervision.
Prior to joining Stoeva Tchompalov & Znepolski at the end of 2017, Natalia worked for almost 7 years at Dimitrov Tchompalov & Todorova law firm as a capital markets lawyer, focusing primarily on regulatory, litigation, financial services, and investment funds.
Natalia has a proven track record of achieving exceptional results for her clients. Over the course of his career, she has gained significant experience in many areas of legal work, but most of all she loves the courtroom. Natalia is an experienced, tough-minded litigator, well known within the industry for her determination, consistency, and for achieving better than expected outcomes while challenging administrative decisions that are legally unsound or unfair.
Her other litigation experience includes commercial and corporate disputes.
Natalia holds an LL.M from the University of Sofia, Faculty of Law (1997).
She is admitted to Sofia Bar and to practice in Bulgaria.
In addition to mother-tongue Bulgarian, Natalia has a good command of German.
