A small representative portion of Nevena’s work comprises advising:

• advising Ascory Bank AG (Germany) and its Bulgarian branch in connection with the preparation of all transaction documents relating to the extension of loans to its clients, where the financing is primarily used for: (i) renewable energy projects (including the development and acquisition of photovoltaic power plants and battery energy storage systems; (ii) financial and leasing businesses; (iii) the construction of residential and commercial buildings; and (iv) the financing of fintech companies. In particular drafting facility agreements, security agreements and its related documents;
• Advised on the issuance of EUR 500 million 6.500% Guaranteed Secured Notes by Eastern European Electric Company B.V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Eurohold Bulgaria AD, admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, including advising on transaction documentation and the establishment of security package arrangements;
• The EUR 18 million facility agreement made between, among others, Belozem Solar Park 2 OOD as borrower, Unicredit Bulbank AD, United Bulgarian Bank AD, Eurobank Bulgaria AD and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as lenders, UniCredit Bulgaria AD as Agent and Security Agent, whereby the financing was used for development of Battery Energy Storage System with 36 MW power and 72 MWh capacity - advising on the transaction documents and responsible for security establishment;
