STZ’s Vania Todorova participated as a speaker at the 2025 European Traffic Law Days held in Bucharest.
Vania’s presentation discussed recent developments in Bulgarian MTPL law and its consequences on international claims.
Among other topics, the amendments to the Insurance Code introducing a methodology for determining damages in cases of bodily injury or death caused by vehicles were presented. Although the draft methodology is still pending, the presentation offered an analysis of its anticipated scope and impact.
