STP Advises Eurohold Bulgaria on EUR 170 Million Facility Agreement
Stoeva Tchompalov & Partners (STP) acted as Bulgarian legal counsel to leading listed holding company Eurohold Bulgaria in connection with a EUR 170 million financing provided by JP Morgan.
Working alongside McDermott Will & Schulte UK LLP, led by John Burge, STP advised on all Bulgarian law aspects of the transaction, including security, finance, and corporate matters. Linklaters, Loyens & Loeff, and CMS Sofia also acted as legal advisers on the transaction.
The STP team was led by partner Iordan Tchompalov, with key support from senior associate Tihomir Todorov.
